We believe that online sales make a profit off the previously made recommendations provided at physical points of sale (shops, dog grooming salons and veterinary centres). We don’t think it is fair or shows thankfulness to sell directly through this channel.

We know that the big chains give priority to selling their own brands. It makes little sense to sell BOONS in places where you are likely to receive neither an explanation nor a recommendation for our recipes.

We believe that personal attention at the point of sale is very important when it comes to high- quality animal nutrition. In supermarkets it is very difficult to ensure this personalised service. That’s why we choose not to sell through them.

If you like BOONS, and if it moves you in the same way that it moves us, we would be happy to help you find an INDEPENDENT SHOP (shop, dog groomer, hospital or veterinary clinic) near you where you can buy our recipes.
